Egg Pie For Easter - Guest Post

I am honoured to host a very special guest this Easter- Christy from My Kitchen Flavours. I've been fortunate to know Christy as a fellow food blogger and have always been struck by her very unassuming nature. Her blog has the most creative recipes I've seen in the food blogging world. Christ takes great pains over her recipes and seem to come up with something completely novel each and every time. Do hop in at her blog and check out for yourself. She has shared this absolutely delectable egg pie with us on this occasion!
Thank you Christy!

3 Flour-Gluten Free Pancakes

It is very exciting to see more varieties of flours available in the Indian market. I prepared these pancakes with 3 flours that I picked up. Buckwheat is commonly known as "kuttu ka atta"; Amaranth flour is "rajgira" or "rajgara" flour; water chestnut flour is known as "singoda" flour. It was interesting to experiment with them, the textures being very different. This one is dedicated to all my readers looking for gluten free recipes.

Mushroom Frittata

I've always wondered what was the difference between a "frittata" and an "omelette". Found a detailed explanation in wikipedia, that I'd like to share with you.

Dill Paratha/ Dill Flatbread

Tried a dill paratha just on a whim and it turned out just great. Very aromatic and full of flavour. Served them with mango chunda or mango preserve.

Chicken-Spinach HotDog- International HotDog Incident

Its party time and time for the first IIP of the year. International Incident Parties are hosted by the lovely Penny. I've enjoyed being a part of it from the very first party, it does help to stretch my culinary creativity and check out the fabulous creations across the globe. I've always attempted to make healthy versions of the challenges put forth, keeping in mind the theme of this blog.
