Avocado Smoothie

Here's a nutrition filled lip-smacking smoothie to begin the day. Since it is the first time I am blogging on Avocado, I looked up the health benefits. There were so many that I decided to keep it for the next post.
Kids will love this one.

Avocado Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients-
1ripe avocado
1 custard apple pulp
1 apple
2 apricots
Preparation-
  • Deseed and scoop pulp of custard apple.
  • Peel, core and chop apple.
  • Scoop the meat of avocado.
  • Pulse all 3 fruits to a smooth puree.
  • If you'd like this smoothie cold, chill the fruits before cutting.
  • Chop apricots, top and serve.
