Peach and Avocado Salsa-Guest Post

As we celebrate Children's Day in India this weekend I have a very special guest. Simona from Alison's trials. Simona is a very versatile food blogger from Romania. The one outstanding trait of her dishes that have me baffled always; is her creative combinations with raw foods. We all know that salads are healthy, but are you wondering how to pep it up for your kids and family?

Your search ends in Simona's blog. Her salads and salsas are not just mind-blowing delicious, but she has a talent for bringing colour into every dish she presents. Its an almost magical combination of fruit, veggies, nuts, beans, leaves, cheese- you name it. Simona also is very good at homemade pasta, she has tried almost all of them very successfully at home. Check out here  to see what I mean.
It's a pleasure to have you as guest Simona, a very warm welcome to you and thank you for this simple and beautiful salsa!

A very Happy Children's Day to all your kids!
