Indian Catfish Curry

That time of the month, when we prepare dishes at our secret recipe club. I enjoy being a member of this club since it has helped me to explore cuisine's I may not have otherwise. This time I was assigned Rituparna's blog Chocolate and dreams. I enjoyed exploring her blog and found we belonged to a lot of common groups.
I finally chose to prepare Indian Catfish curry from Rituparna's blog. It was completely different from the usual way I prepare it. Its fish curry Bengali style. I will not replicate the recipe here, since she has given a lot of details regarding the fish and the preparation. So you will find the recipe here and while you are there do check out her blog.

  2. I've never tried catfish before! It's not something that I usually see around here.

I made your oatmeal pancakes with peach avocado salsa. They were both really tasty! :)
