Watermelon Mint Smoothie

This month for the Secret Recipe Club I was assigned Kudos Kitchen by Renee. It was a real pleasure to browse through this creative blog where "food and art collide on a regular basis". Renee an artist by profession has a fantastic collection of her artwork on her blog. I was completely enthralled going through the painted wine glasses and tiles! Then I realized I had not chosen a recipe to prepare! I finally decided to recreate the Watermelon Mint Smoothie since I liked the addition of berries, pomegranate and orange juice! I truly enjoyed the zing it added to the regular watermelon mint smoothie.

Watermelon Mint Smoothie
Ingredients-
Watermelon
Frozen berries
Pomegranate juice
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh lime juice
Fresh orange juice

Preparation-

  • Cut watermelon into chunks.
  • Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend.
