A Harvest of Corn

Having grown sweet corn for the first time, we were blessed with a good harvest. Didn't give the crop as much attention and care as I would have liked to, since we were on vacation. On our return we were delighted to see the corn ears. 

While harvesting I had great plans of what I'd try out with it. But I didn't even reach there. Wonder why? The sweet corn was so sweet, tender and juicy, we just enjoyed it raw off the cob!

Very easy to grow. Took 3 months from planting to harvest. A must try for every home grower.!
