This is one yummy sandwhich you can have for breakfast or snack or send in lunch box. No specific measurements, use your judgement.
Ingredients-
Cooked boneless chicken
black olives
purple cabbage
mayonnaise
date syrup/honey
pepper
lettuce
chopped pineapple (optional)
Wholemeal bread slices
Preparation-
- Shred the cooked chicken and cabbage, slice the olives.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except lettuce.
- Place the lettuce on a slice of bread, spread the mixture on top. Cover with another slice.
- Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI love this kind of sandwiches alot especially cold shredded chicken meat with shredded cabbage in addition of a drizzle of mayo + mustard. Slurp! Salivating already. haha....
