Garlic Chives and Mozarella Paratha

Parathas are so versatile, you can make a paratha out of practically anything.

1cup garlic chives chopped fine
1/2 cup mozarella grated
1 1/2 cup whole meal/ atta
1/2 cup maize flour
1/4 cup curd (optional)
2tbs olive oil
1green chilli finely crushed
1tsp cumin
1tsp tumeric
1/2tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp asafoetida 
salt to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients add required water and knead into dough.
  • Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  • Roll into rotis. Fry on both sides till crisp on a hot girdle.
  • Drizzle ghee while frying.
  • Serve hot.
