Ingredients
2 cups Cooked rice
1 cup peeled and grated beet root
4 sprigs of spring onions chopped
4 cloves of garlic minced
Mustard seeds
1tsp ghee
1/2 cup water
Preparation
- Heat ghee and crackle mustard seeds
- Add garlic and beet root. Sauté.
- Add the water and allow to cook.
- Add the spring onions and salt. Sauté.
- Add the cooked rice, mix well.
- Serve hot.
