Basa fish is ideal for fillet. A good option in your fish n chips as well. It can be served as a starter with a dipping sauce or as a side. Works well even in a packed lunch.
500 gms basa fillet
1tbs ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
- Cut the fillet or keep it long as required.
- Roll the slices in the marinade and let it rest for half an hour.
- Heat oil. Roll the marinated pieces in rice flour and fry both sides till deep brown.
- Serve hot.
