Wheat Pancakes


2 cups wheat flour,
1 egg,
1/2 cup milk,
3 tbs jaggery,
2 tbs grated coconut,
1/2tsp jeera(cummin) powder,
pinch of salt
Water
Butter or ghee for serving

Method-

  • Take the wheat flour in a bowl, add the egg, milk, jaggery and mix well.
  • Beat the mixture with egg beater to smoothen the lumps out.
  • Add water to make it pouring consistency.
  • Add salt, jeera powder and grated coconut.
  • Spread on a girdle and fry both sides till crisp.
  • Top with butter or ghee and serve hot.
