I adapted this very simple recipe I found in the newspaper (Bangalore Mirror) last week. It turned out to be a tasty and healthy variation for breakfast.
Ingredients-
2cups oats
1egg
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/2tsp baking pwd
1tbs jaggery
1/2tsp salt
water
- Grind oats in a blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well in the blender to get a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter on a girdle and cook on both sides using some oil.
- Serve them hot topped with honey.
