Time for the next Secret Recipe Club assignment and this time I was assigned Dorothy's blog Shockingly Delicious. A very unique name for a blog, I enjoyed going through the recipes. I couldnt help notice that the recipes were simple, economical and yet delicious. Nutella and brownies being a favourite with my kids I finally decided to prepare Nutella Fudge Brownies.
Ingredients-
1/2 cup nutella spread
1 large egg
5tbs flour
1/2 cup nuts
Preparation-
- Pre-heat oven, place the muffin liners in the tray.
- Whisk nutella and egg till well blended.
- Add the flour and whisk
- Spoon the mixture into the tray.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes.
- Cool completely and serve

ReplyDeleteI added your post to the hop. Happy Reveal Day!
Indeed, her blog is great! Nutella brownies sound like heaven to me, I rarely buy Nutella because I know myself too well, and I lose all my composure around that cute jar :-)
ReplyDeleteMmm!! That looks fantastic - great SRC pick!!
