Quick Curried Pumpkin Soup

I have been privileged to be a part of t he Secret Recipe Club for the past 4 years. Its been a great experience secretly stalking your assigned blog, choosing a recipe to prepare , going live at the same time with so many bloggers all over the world. This however is my last post as a part of this lovely group. Having got passionately involved in growing food, I seem to find myself with less screen time.
This month I was assigned The Calculated Whisk.
I chose this yum Curried Pumpkin Soup since I had a lovely freshly harvested pumpkin sitting in my kitchen.
The soup turned out simply great. Definitely going to prepare this again. The addition of thecoconut milk takes the soup to a different level.

  1. I am so sorry to see you leave us Shirley. Your blog was my very first SRC assignment. I made your enriched spinach puree and loved it. Happy farming.

  3. I'm sad to see you go, too. There are so many of us who want to know how to use fresh from the garden produce. The fact that you had a pumpkin waiting for you, priceless.
