Ever since I had posted on the Health benefits of Gooseberry I've had request for more recipes with Gooseberry. This one is simple and retains all the goodness of the fruit since its a raw food recipe. You can eat it with a dosa or idli or even in a sandwhich. Let me know how you like it.
1tsp sesame seeds/til
1tsp mustard seeds
2 dates deseeded
1 green chilli
5-6 tbs grated coconut
1/2 cup greens( coriander/mint)
salt to taste
- Wash, deseed and cut gooseberries.
- Grind sesame, mustard seeds.
- Add the rest of ingredients (except coconut).
- Add grated coconut and grind.
- Add salt as per taste.
