This is the season for mangoes - the king of fruits! At the supermarket I was amazed at the varieties we have here. Raspuri, totapuri, alphonso, badami, beganpalli... and so many more. Which one is your favourite?
I've used Beganpalli for this salsa. Simply loved the combination of flavours! So simple to prepare, I wish my kids would eat!

The summer is over and the monsoons are officially in. So are the holidays and back to the grind. Its been a great vacation, with plenty of action, relaxing, meeting up with old friends, school reunion and lots of fun! The kids are back to school now and am back to work all refreshed and raring to go.
