On our last vacation to Pondicherry I had a nice time picking a lot of organic stuff. I happened to find a packet of Spirulina spaghetti at Auroville and was waiting to try it. Other than the spaghetti I picked up some organic jams, syrups and herbs.
Our family being chicken fans I finally decided to pair the spaghetti with chicken tikka and the juniors were quite happy with the outcome.
