That time of the month, when we prepare dishes at our secret recipe club. I enjoy being a member of this club since it has helped me to explore cuisine's I may not have otherwise. This time I was assigned Rituparna's blog Chocolate and dreams. I enjoyed exploring her blog and found we belonged to a lot of common groups.
I finally chose to prepare Indian Catfish curry from Rituparna's blog. It was completely different from the usual way I prepare it. Its fish curry Bengali style. I will not replicate the recipe here, since she has given a lot of details regarding the fish and the preparation. So you will find the recipe here and while you are there do check out her blog.
