Parathas are so versatile, you can make a paratha out of practically anything.
Ingredients-
1cup garlic chives chopped fine
1/2 cup mozarella grated
1 1/2 cup whole meal/ atta
1/2 cup maize flour
1/4 cup curd (optional)
2tbs olive oil
1green chilli finely crushed
1tsp cumin
1tsp tumeric
1/2tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp asafoetida
salt to taste
Preparation-
Ingredients-

Preparation-
- Mix all the ingredients add required water and knead into dough.
- Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Roll into rotis. Fry on both sides till crisp on a hot girdle.
- Drizzle ghee while frying.
- Serve hot.
