This month's Secret Recipe Club challenge was indeed a pleasure for me to prepare and eat. I was assigned Karen's classy blog Lavender and Lovage . I had a blast taking a virtual tour through her recipes. I almost felt like I was Alice in Foodland. Finally I decided to try out this delicacy Poulet Nomade - Herb Poached Chicken in a Jar. Never having tried poached chicken before, this was simply delectable. Easy to prepare, and can be enjoyed any time of the day.
For the full recipe check Karen's page and enjoy!
Thanks so much for making one of my favourite recipes, I hope you enjoyed it as much as we do - this is a very popular picnic recipe! Karen

ReplyDeleteYou're was my assigned blog for the month, and I really enjoyed visiting your blog and making your Beetroot Cutlets for my post, which I served on a spinach, goat cheese and lentil salad - it was a huge hit in our house :-)
