Ingredients
6 crab sticks
2tbs chickpea flour or besan
Salt 
Chilli powder
Water
Oil for frying
Preparation
- Season the flour with salt and chilli powder.
 - Add water to prepare a thick paste
 - Dip each stick into the batter and allow to coat well
 - Deep fry.
 - Best served hot.
 - Enjoy!
