Anchovy masala fry is my daughter's current favourite. A very easy to prepare recipe and a hard to stop eating dish.
Ingredients
500 gms anchovies cleaned
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
Chilli powder according to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Marinate the fish with the ingredients and keep for half hour.
- Deep fry till crisp.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy!
