Fried Masala Anchovies



Anchovy masala fry is my daughter's current favourite. A very easy to prepare recipe and a hard to stop eating dish.

Ingredients
500 gms anchovies cleaned
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
Chilli powder according to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Marinate the fish with the ingredients and keep for half hour.
  • Deep fry till crisp.
  • Serve hot.
  • Enjoy!
