Berry Green Smoothie

This month for my Secret Recipe Club assignment I had Amber's blog Caleighs kitchen. I had a nice time going through Amber's blog, but was particularly interested in the health section.
I found this deliciously healthy and easy to whip up smoothie that caught my eye and taste buds. Thank you Amber for this recipe. I really enjoyed it!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup berry mix (blueberries, strawberries, lingon, goji, raspberries)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup homemade yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp of flax chia mix
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  8. I love this kind of thing for breakfast on days I am not ready to eat much so early. (I have a bad habit of trying to skip breakfast!) These kind of smoothies help.

  9. Yum! This smoothie looks delicious! I'm impressed that it didn't turn green as usually mine turn a weird colour when I add berries and spinach... Maybe because I don't add yoghurt?
