I've always loved to grow herbs. The joy of harvesting them fresh and using them is immense. However I've faced quite a few challenges while growing them and they would eventually die for no good reason. Recently a good friend was kind enough to think of me, and gift me some of hers. A priceless gift for me.
I used the air fryer, but you can always pan sear them.
Ingredients
4-6 chicken legs1tbs ginger garlic paste
Lemon juice
Rosemary
Thyme
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken with the ingredients and leave for 10 minutes.
- Set air fryer at 200 for 10 minutes.
- Turn over after 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
