Basa Fish Fillet

Basa fish is ideal for fillet.  A good option in your fish n chips as well. It can be served as a starter with a dipping sauce or as a side. Works well even in a packed lunch.

For marinade
500 gms basa fillet
1tbs ginger garlic paste
Lemon juice
Salt to taste

For Frying
Rice flour

  • Cut the fillet or keep it long as required.
  • Roll the slices in the marinade and let it rest for half an hour.
  • Heat oil. Roll the marinated pieces in rice flour and fry both sides till deep brown.
  • Serve hot.
  • Enjoy!
