Wraps are one of my favourite quick fixes. I recently had the opportunity to explore Swedish meatballs, certainly the best I ve had so far. In these wraps I've included a nutritious mix of meatballs, raw carrots, feta and salad greens. A complete meal by itself and convenient to pack and eat on the go..
Ingredients
2 tortilla wraps
2 carrots shredded
1/4 cup cooked and shredded meatballs
1/4cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup salad greens

Preparation
- Mix all the filling ingredients.
- Heat the tortilla according to instructions.
- Spoon the mixture on to the centre of the tortilla and fold.
- Spoon in more if required to fill in.
- Serve warm.
- Enjoy!
